WMA is designed for students ages 5 and up.  Students progress in belt ranking system, begining with white and working their way to black and beyond. WMA also offers a Self-Defense Series and a Martial Fitness program.

Classes

Youth Class



Kids are taught the principles and values of martial arts and how to appreciate and enjoy the outdoors safely. Classes are designed to encourage children to learn what their limits are and grow beyond them.

 

WMA is building leaders of the future.

Martial Fitness



Martial Fitness is an exercise program that incorporates martial arts movement and aerobic exercise. This is a highly adaptive program that can adjust to most ages and physical capabilities.

Seminars



WMA offers a Self-Defense Series, Weapons Seminars, Camps and Advanced Studies for Black Belts.

 

WMA encourages growth of the individual, family, neighborhood and community.

 

 

Adult Class



Adults continue the lessons of the youth program. Raise their awareness, fitness level, and self-confidence.

 

Focus, determination, and adaptiilty are key elements in progress.
